1. Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time is 2 to 3 Weeks. Because we specialize in premium, high-fidelity suits, each piece undergoes a rigorous preparation and quality check phase before it is cleared for dispatch.
Why does processing take so much time?
At COSME, we do not believe in mass-produced, low-quality gear. Many of our suits are made-to-order or require specialized finishing to ensure the print and fit meet professional standards. This craftsmanship takes time, but the result is a suit ready for the spotlight.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, our production team begins allocating materials and starting the manufacturing process, making cancellation impossible.
Can I change my order details after placing it?
You may request changes to your size or shipping address within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order enters the active processing stage, we cannot modify the details.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer comprehensive shipping cosplay suits India wide. We cover all major cities and most regional pin codes through our logistics partners .
How long does delivery take?
For domestic orders the delivery time can take up to 3 to 5 days after the order processing and for International 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update on the courier's website.
Will I face customs charges on international orders?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
3. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and secure digital wallets through our encrypted payment gateway.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
No, COD is NOT available. To maintain our made-to-order business model and ensure commitment to the production process, we only accept prepaid orders.
4. Sizing & Fit
How do I choose the right size?
We provide a detailed cosplay costume sizing guide on every product page. We highly recommend measuring yourself with a flexible tape measure rather than guessing based on your regular "T-shirt size."
What if the size I ordered doesn’t fit?
Since our suits are made-to-order and hygiene-sensitive, we do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection by the customer. Please double-check your measurements before checking out.
Are your suits stretchable?
Yes, our premium suits are made from high-grade Nylon and lycra blends designed to provide a four-way stretch. This allows for the "second-skin" look essential for superhero cosplays while maintaining mobility for poses.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Can I return my order?
Due to the custom nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, we do not accept general returns. All sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.
When can I request an exchange?
Exchanges are only granted if you receive a damaged product, a manufacturing defect, or the wrong item. You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
What are the requirements for an exchange claim?
To process an exchange, a full unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be unedited and show the package being opened for the first time. Without this video, we cannot verify claims of damage or missing items. For more details, see our Return Policy.
6. Product Information
What materials are used in COSME suits?
We use premium 250gsm–300gsm Lycra and Nylon blends. Our suits feature high-definition sublimated printing that won't fade or crack when stretched, ensuring a professional cinematic look.
Are these suits suitable for professional content creation?
Absolutely. Our suits are designed specifically for cosplayers and content creators. The fabric is non-reflective under studio lights, and the patterns are aligned to look seamless in high-resolution photography and 4K video.
7. Delays & Issues
Why is my order delayed?
Delays can occasionally occur due to high seasonal demand (like Halloween or major comic cons), local festivals in India, or external logistics disruptions. We will always notify you if your order is significantly behind schedule.
What if my package is lost?
If a package is confirmed lost by our courier partner after an investigation, we will provide a one-time replacement or a full refund. Please contact us if your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 days.
