As a Kerala-based cosplay brand specializing in premium Spider Man costumes and character-inspired outfits, we carefully process every order to ensure quality packaging, reliable shipping, and a smooth shopping experience for every customer.

Order Processing Time

At Cosme, every costume is made through a detailed production process to ensure the best fit, finish, and screen-accurate design. Most of our cosplay outfits, including Spider Man costumes, are custom-made according to the customer’s selected size and customization requirements.

Our team handles the complete process in-house, including costume designing, fabric printing, stitching, detailing, and final customization. Because of this personalized production workflow, order processing usually takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on the complexity of the costume, customization requests, and current order volume.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this production time helps us deliver high-quality cosplay costumes crafted specifically for you.

Operating Hours: Processing occurs on business days only. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.

Potential Delays: While we strive to meet these timelines, processing may take longer during periods of high demand, local festivals, or unforeseen logistics pickup delays. We appreciate your patience as we ensure your costume meets our quality standards.

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment and is separate from the time the courier takes to deliver it to your door.

Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with industry-leading logistics providers to ensure your package is handled with care. Our shipping partners may vary depending on your location to provide the most efficient service possible.

Domestic Shipping : We typically utilize Delhivery, BlueDart, or DTDC.

International Shipping: We primarily use FedEx or DHL for global deliveries.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit times are as follows:

Domestic: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

International: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

We aim to keep our shipping costs as straightforward as possible for the cosplay community.

Domestic Orders: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all PAN India orders.

International Orders: Shipping charges for international destinations are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and package weight.

Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that shipping fees paid at checkout exclude any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer. As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for complying with all local regulations and paying any applicable import duties or taxes required to release the package.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

To maintain our focus on premium quality and customized preparation, COSME does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We only accept prepaid orders via our secure checkout. This allows us to begin the preparation of your specialized cosplay suits immediately upon purchase.

Order Tracking

Transparency is key to a great shopping experience.

Notification: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp.

Activation: Tracking links may take 24 to 48 hours to become active in the courier’s system. If the link does not show immediate movement, please check back the following day.

Support: If you encounter any issues with your tracking link or have questions about your shipment’s progress, feel free to contact our support team at support@cosmewear.com.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details (including House Number, Street Name, Landmark, and Phone Number) at the time of purchase.

Failed Delivery: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or the unavailability of the recipient after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges required to send the package again.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable partners, COSME is not legally liable for delays caused by logistics providers, weather conditions, or customs clearance processes.

Our Commitment: If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, we will provide full assistance to track the package and coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
